1 Corinthians 3:1-4
                                                                    What does it mean to be carnal?
Paul laid it out quite clearly.  Let’s put this into the church today.  Changing Father’s word to make is say what we want it to say is being carnal, let’s look at the huge split that happened in the Lutheran church recently .  It happened because Father spoke clearly about something and the church rejected it out of hand.  They took a vote and decided that what Father’s word said about homosexuality is not what he really meant.  It was even amazing that the second they took the vote lightning struck the cross on the steeple of the church and blew the cross off.  We are called to be a light on a hill.  We are called to be the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Yet so many times we would rather walk in the darkness of the wilderness than shine a light and be that voice that can help a person find their way out of it.  Today as your out in the market place, or even in your own family, be that light that shines in the darkness.  Be that voice crying in the wilderness saying “Make straight the paths of the Lord. “It’s time to quit compromising on the word of God, and share it in a way that will change lives forever.
